It is that time in the semester that all college students want to avoid…. FINALS WEEK!!!!! Thoughts of regret and panic enter some students minds for not taking notes in class and attempt to become experts in the class over night. Others stressing because they procrastinated on essays and projects that they’ve had weeks to complete and choose to do it the night before.

While it seems that your brain might explode from trying to rush through things and if it seems like you might not make it to winter break because you are on your second or third all nighter, remember to take a breath. Stop whatever you are doing for a second, take a deep breath, calm down, and know that everything will be okay. Don’t forget to take breaks to relax and unwind for a bit.
